We support our local meat supplier and use ONLY the HIGHEST QUALITY MEAT. On a daily basis fresh A-GRADE meat is expertly trimmed and hand-cut to remove any excess fat and trimmings, prepared and cooked to perfection! A rich & wholesome experience!
